Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
